Invest in your personal growth


Do you think it is important to keep investing in your own growth and development, or do you want to give an employee the opportunity to further grow? Do you enjoy doing this through interactive individual sessions, tailored to the individual needs and requirements? Then our coaching programme is something for you! We work with a number of certified coaches with a lot of experience in various fields, who can help you or your co-worker to achieve specific results.

  • Intake: together with the coach, the coaching question is explored for 90 minutes. A clear behavioural change goal is defined on which to focus, to ensure that the coaching sessions are goal-oriented. Ideally, managers and/or HR are present as well.
  • Coaching sessions: as a standard we provide three individual coaching sessions of two hours in which you and your coach work in a focused manner on the objective that was formulated earlier.
  • Integration discussion: during the integration discussion, we look back on the coaching process and the objective achieved. Together, we look at whether extra support is needed. If desired, a manager and/or HR may also be present during this interview.

The success of the coaching process is a shared responsibility between coach and coachee, the result will therefore depend on the commitment and willingness to grow of the coachee. We guarantee more awareness and self-insight with which the coachee can start working immediately.
